If you've not used the system before, even if you were a regular user of the previous system, you must register as a new user. 

Important: If you had a user ID on the previous system, please register with the same email address to ensure your new account connects with the race history, permissions and profile data migrated from the old system. 

To do so, from the home page, click Login, which will take you to the page shown below, then click Create an account at the bottom of the page.
